Very disappointing experience overall. The lobby staff was couteous and accomadating. Nearby I-35 traffic and locomotive train whistles only allowed for 2hrs. of sleep.I've stayed at other hotels within 2-3 blocks of this one that were rated 2.0-2.5 stars and the experience was immensely better. ...read more

Staff was not very helpful, not rude but didn't offer any information about the hotel, area or even where the rooms were located. The traffic noise was terrible, hard to sleep at night. I would not stay here again. ...read more

I didn't think it was really worth the $52 a night I got the room for. I felt this was more of a $39 a night hotel.The room smelled and the bed was uncomfortable. Close to many attractions though.

Not a new motel but was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We were allowed to check in earlier than the check in time but I asked for a room that would be quiet at bedtime for my kids and I was assigned a room next to the outdoor pool. There were ants in the bathroom and when I mentioned it to the hotel staff at check out time they noted it but did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience. The place looked good on the outside but getting inside with the card, no towels for two of us, ants in the room, the fire alarm going on many times.

The staff was friendly and the visit was good.

Cost was fair, but not the place for a family due to awful smell and poor air condition.

For a hotel rated as 3 stars, this was not remotely close. It was older which, by itself, is not a problem. The cleanliness was questionable as evidenced by the mildew in the bathtub and on the wall in the actual bedroom area. The bedspreads also had stains on them. ...read more
